This show was recommended to me by a co-worker. He said that if I liked shows that were a bit philosophical and followed the lives of individual people, that I would love LOST. He was right. There is no other show quite like it. In my opinion, the first season was the best because it was just about people, not weird sci-fi stuff (although I happen to like weird sci-fi stuff). The music is so overly dramatic and intense sometimes that it makes me laugh. No matter what type of shows you are into, check out LOST - at least the first season.
